As we all know a good brow pencil that caters to you is hard to find… but here at Benito we have done all the hard work for you! We have tried and tested many brow pencils and have narrowed it down to two that we think you will love just as much as we do.
NYX Micro Brow Pencil
This brow pencil is in plastic lipstick type packaging which when you twist up or down it reveals more or less product! We think this is a lot better than using a pencil as we all know the heart destroying moment when we’re away from home, go to fill in our brows and the pencil isn’t sharpened… irritating! We found with this product it was really creamy but also stayed put throughout the day; weird right? Due to it being a ‘Micro’ pencil this allows you to create real like brow stroke so you can achieve that natural brow or a fuller brow… which ever you would like! The only thing is you need to find the right shade for you to get that perfect look!
Mac Eye brow styler in shade “Spiked”
Mac Eye brow styler is very similar in packaging to the NYX Micro Brow pencil and is used in the same way (like a lipstick) and similar to the NYX it has a spoolie on the end which you can brush your brows into place with! This product is a waterproof formula yet so easy to apply and doesn’t dry out! – which you can find with some waterproof brow products…they can be ‘waxy’. The Mac Eye Brow styler is slightly thinner than the NYX pencil therefore allowing that finer hair-like stroke. The one thing that makes this stand out to us is that you only need one shade for all; If you are an MUA this is perfect, just the one brow pencil in your kit for all clients! All you need to do is press on lighter for lighter haired people and apply more pressure for that darker defined look.
We would love to hear if you have tried these and what you think of them too!
