As this was our first time, we specifically asked what we should do to look after our lashes. We were only told to keep them dry for 24 hours and to apply Vaseline to the eyelid if itchy. No guidance was given on how to maintain the lash lift, how to prolong the results, or what to avoid longer term.
This lack of basic aftercare information was very disappointing, particularly given the reputation we trusted when booking. As first-time customers, we left feeling unsure and unsupported, which took away from what should have been a special experience.
Unfortunately, due to this, we wouldn’t feel confident returning or recommending.
